Podcast Friday: Why I'm Running Again

🎥 Watch the full video above!

For many years, I was focused only on one thing: getting big and strong.

I spent my 20s in the gym lifting heavy weights, eventually reaching a body weight of 110 kg with a lot of muscle.

But as I turned 30, my goals started to change.

I wanted to take care of my heart, my lungs, and my mind.

The "Couch to 5K" Journey 📈

Last year, I decided to give running another go.

I started the "Couch to 5K" program, which is a 10-week plan that slowly builds your stamina.

It wasn't easy! At 176 cm and 96 kg, running takes a lot of effort.

Current Progress & Goals 🎯

  • Best Outdoor Time: 29:30.

  • Best Treadmill Time: 27:45.

  • The Ultimate Goal: Finishing 5 km in 25 minutes (running at 12 km/h).

Why Listening to Vlogs Helps You 🧠

This video isn't a lesson; it's an experience.

By listening to me talk about my real life: my old injuries, my weightlifting history, and my plans for my upcoming trip to Ireland, you are training your brain to understand "Natural Speed" English.

Your Turn

Are you a "gym person" or a "running person?"

Or do you prefer to just walk the dog?

Tell me about your fitness routine in the comments down below!
