Refund Policy

At On Your Mark’s English, we value transparency and want our students to feel confident when booking lessons. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are granted.
General Policy

Refunds are only issued in rare circumstances and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are not available for late cancellations, rescheduled lessons beyond the free allowance, or no-shows.
Cancellations

Lessons cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for refunds, but may be rescheduled under our Booking & Cancellation Policy.

Students are allowed one free cancellation per month. Any additional cancellations are charged in full and are non-refundable.
No-shows and Lateness

If a student fails to attend a lesson without notice, the lesson is considered a no-show, and the full fee applies.

If a student arrives more than 15 minutes late, the lesson will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
Packages & Discounts

Packages (e.g., Buy 5 get 1 free) must be used within 3 months of purchase.

Unused or partially used packages are non-refundable.
Teacher Cancellations

If the teacher must cancel a lesson, it will be either rescheduled or refunded, whichever is most convenient for the student.
Technical Issues

On Your Mark’s English is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s side (e.g., internet problems, device failures). These lessons are non-refundable.

If a lesson is interrupted due to teacher-side technical issues, the lesson will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
