Cancellation Policy

Lesson Booking & Cancellation Policy Booking Lessons must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day bookings are not allowed. Rescheduling Students may reschedule lessons with at least 24 hours’ notice. Only 1 out of every 10 lessons can be rescheduled free of charge. Any additional rescheduling will be charged as a full lesson. Cancellations Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. Students are allowed one free cancellation per month. Any further cancellations will be charged as a full lesson. Refunds Refunds are only offered in rare circumstances and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not available for late cancellations or no-shows. No-shows If a student does not show up without notice, the lesson will be counted in full. Teachers will wait up to 15 minutes before marking the lesson as a no-show. Teacher Cancellations In the rare case the teacher must cancel, the lesson will be rescheduled or refunded — whichever is most convenient for the student. Packages & Discounts Packages (e.g. “Buy 5 get 1 free”) must be used within 3 months of purchase. Unused lessons in a package are non-refundable.
